Spare parts are available the same day for every lift either from our supplier or manufactured in our own workshops; this includes motors and control panels.
In nearly all situations any lift can be back in service, whatever the problem, within the same day.

Comprehensive paperwork is completed and included as part of the Building and Health and Safety Requirements such as Risk Assessments, Safed Checks, LOLER certification and detailed service reports.
Should it be required we can converse directly with Insurance Companies or Consultants.
